“Great the first time until it was discovered the unit was leaking through the roof into our bathroom. Called for another service. I didn't expect it to be free. I just figured they could help since they just "fixed" it for me the first time. No response. I called and texted them a few times but had to go with a totally different company. El paso was starting a ten day 100° streak and I'm 38 weeks pregnant, not having a cooling system was miserable for just the one day I had to live without it. They never reached back out which makes me think they knew I was going to have this problem and they're avoiding responsibility I may put on them. Disappointed as I had given them a glowing review.”

“I called to see if they were available to check my air conditioner (refrigerated) but they were busy for the next 3 days. The next available appointment would be Monday…Juan Martinez owner told me if an opening would come up, they will call me! About a couple hours later Juan called and said they were available So he send 2 of his workers. They arrived & fixed the issue with my air! Both workers were very courteous & polite, plus explained as they went along. Price of repair was reasonable because I was also afraid of the cost. I highly recommend them, they are reliable and a trustworthy company! Before they left they mentioned I could contact them if I had any problems & they would return.
