“I had a great experience with Dr. Medrano during my recent physical exam. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to thoroughly go over all of my lab results in a way that was easy to understand. I really appreciated how attentive and detailed she was throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional doctor.”

“Dr. Medrano was an excellent doctor but the people she has working in the front are incompetent people. They think they know everything and are afraid to ask for help and because of that I have to push a surgery back three weeks and have to be with pain because the girl in the front doesn’t know what she’s talking about. She needs to be fired because it’s not the first time I have to deal with this problem from her but she doesn’t know what she’s talking about or what she’s doing. She needs to ask somebody else for help that knows what they’re doing.”

“I recently switched providers. I was so lucky to have been seen by Dr. Minerva Medrano. She was so attentive and listened to everything I had to say. She made me feel so comfortable. I felt like she actually listened to me. Other providers just dismissed me but she actually listened to me. Staff is very friendly and very attentive. The MA is so sweet”

“Horrible beside manners and no empathy to our dying mother as she coded in front of Dr. Medrano and my siblings. Her mannerism and tone was shocking and heartless!!! I would never wish that experience on anyone. Everyone at Del Sol was amazing. Cannot believe a physician with that attitude and uncaring nature would be allowed to deal with patients and family members!!!”

“Dr Medrano had no empathy with my mother while she was dying in the hospital. My mother was hanging on for her life and trying to be strong. After this doctor went into her room and told my mother that no hospital would accept her for open heart surgery and that she was only alive by medication, my mother had an anxiety attack and went into cardiac arrest. Dr Medrano delivered a bomb of news that wiped out all hope for my mother’s strength to continue to fight for survival. After that news she said I am done. Theirs nothing more for me and she died. No tact no moral or character for empathy. Worst day of my life was meeting that Dr Medrano. The staff of and nurses of the hospital Del Sol were all very nice and supportive. I can’t thank the nurses enough there for all their assistance. I wish I could say the same for Dr Medrano but truthfully she’s the type of person I would never want to see again.!”
