About

Omar Minjarez handles HVAC work based in El Paso, Texas. The city sits in a hot desert where temperatures climb past 100 degrees for months, so homeowners deal with constant strain on air conditioners and heating units from dust and dry air. Common calls involve keeping systems running through summer peaks and fixing breakdowns when units fail under load. The operation focuses on residential cooling and heating repairs without any listed history or extra credentials beyond the trade itself.

Technicians respond to service requests for AC and furnace problems, yet customer accounts show uneven results. One person named Caitlin Coughlin reported trouble reaching anyone by phone and questioned billing codes submitted for work that did not match what occurred. Virginia Napalan noted helpful staff and clear explanations on her visit with Dr. Roelson Rodriguez. Dana Turner described repeated unanswered calls and no follow-up when trying to address equipment needs during financial strain. Martin Aguilar mentioned a cancelled appointment with no notice followed by long waits after arriving early.

Many reviews point to slow responses and weak communication as recurring problems that drag down overall marks on speed and reliability. A few mention decent staff interactions when contact happens, but billing disputes and ignored messages appear often enough to hold the average down. Price feedback stays limited while quality draws mixed notes on actual fixes completed. DIRT Score 2.73 from 47 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. They won't. And look up the medical codes they submit to insurance because they have definitely lied about what services they provided me, trying to charge for very expensive things, when in fact nothing of the sort happened.

Always willing to help me with my issues explaining everything, providing great services staff is helpful and very nice. Thanks to my Dr. Roelson Rodriguez and the Staff for taking good care of me and my health care. 🥰🫶

would be a 0 stars if allowed. I have come on rough times financially the last year. I have nor been able to go in for appointment. I try to get my COPD medicine prescription renewed and am getting nowhere. They are rude and uncaring. No one answers the phone there or returns messages or returns emails. All they care about is getting my copay.

Not going there again. Last appointment was cancelled and not notified until we checked in. Then rescheduled for the same day of another doctor's appointment but was told to come in early and we would be seen. We were there 15 minutes early and then waited 30 more minutes inside the consultation room, but had to leave so we wouldn't miss an urgent doc appointment. And this was just for a results follow up. This was at the Westside location.

My husband has been a patient for the last year and often I have to call the office and Giselle has been so helpful and kind. She is professional and answers all of our questions. I do not know how we would navigate through this without her.
