“Absolute Perfection from Start to Finish!I cannot say enough good things about Prime AC and Heat. They just completed a full installation of an Amana S series system and completely redesigned my attic. The transformation and the quality of their work is unbelievable.The crew arrived at 8:00 AM and worked straight through the night until 1:45 AM the next morning. Their work ethic is impeccable, and the level of craftsmanship is beautiful. I have never experienced such top-notch, dedicated service in my life.A huge thank you to my designer Alfredo, George the boss, and Alex the lead installer for their incredible leadership on-site. “Great Service and extremely knowledgeable. Morgan came out and met with my wife. He provided excellent information. We knew the entire system was needing replacement for quite a while. Morgan gave us a few different options. We had a few other quotes. The t was clear to see Prime AC was by far the best choice. The entire system was installed the next day! Their customer service and technical skills set the standard for their industry: after confirming my appointment, Alfredo came to my home to assess the situation and formulate the “plan”. He took pictures to share with the technicians so that they had a plan of attack. All of the technicians were talented and professional; they persevered through a long day of extensive work. “Senior Tech, Anthony, came after hours on a Sunday evening to assist with our AC malfunctioning. He diagnosed the problem, scheduled for another appointment for the morning after, and gave us a solution by giving us a window unit for the night. We so appreciate his help and honesty. FOLLOW UP: We had to get a brand new unit put in, which we knew was coming sooner than later. They did not try to upsell like some companies and their prices were extremely fair. Morgan was very informative and we did not feel pressured as we have in the past by other companies. I didn’t think the experience could get any better but then the install team arrived. Kevin and Alfonso were absolutely incredible. They even provided another window unit in a different part of the house to provide some relief while they installed the new unit. They truly provided the best service from start to finish and I can’t say enough good things about them. The quality of care for their customers is unmatched and if I could rate more than 5 stars, I would. They truly do care about you as a customer and we didn’t feel like just another number to them. We seriously had the best experience with the entire team.”

“I had a pleasant call with Heather to explain my AC repairs needed. She was very helpful and sent Alfredo same day!!! Alfredo was promptly on time, and evaluated my whole AC ducting work.The system was installed back in 2000, so it was in need of fixing and upgrading. A lot of the ducts had collapsed creating kinks and poor flow, plus 2 plenums had to be replaced for one with dampers to improve pressure and air flow. The job price was fair and work contract drawn. They came next day and knocked all out in 4-5 hours. Shout out to Alex and Daniel. They were the team working on my AC units. Very respectful and pleasant guys. Honest company, well mannered employees, quick response, on time and fair pricing. Highly recommend them. Update: Senior Tech Anthony came by today to inspect work done and added a missing damper. He explained everything and was like the other techs, very thorough. Update 2: Today the Senior of the Senior techs, Chase, came to do a once over and address a PVC leak trap line that needed rerouting. He showed up on time like all previous techs. He was very courteous and professional like all the members of this company. Again, highly recommended.”
