Pronto Plumbers Inc
HVAC Contractor · El Paso, TX
About
Pronto Plumbers Inc works out of El Paso, Texas handling plumbing repairs for houses and businesses across the city. They run from their spot on Rosa Avenue and stay open weekdays from eight in the morning until five to handle calls about leaks, clogs, and busted pipes that pop up in the dry local weather. Homeowners and commercial spots call them when systems stop working right, and they focus on getting water lines and fixtures back in order without dragging things out. The crew sticks to straightforward fixes that fit the older homes and setups common around El Paso.
They replace leaking tub faucets on old fixtures and add covers to match existing tile without extra cuts under sinks or unnecessary damage. Technicians Fabian and Eliseo showed up inside the booked window to stop water spinning out from a PCB and cleaned up the landscaping better than it started. Tankless water heater service gets scheduled too, though one appointment got moved by email without a heads up. Foremen listen to what owners describe about their setups and keep prices straight while finishing jobs that hold without callbacks. They avoid extra work and focus on the exact problem like continuous drips or clogs that need quick attention.
Homeowners keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains what broke and how it got fixed, and charges fair rates that match the work done. Reviews point to solid communication that lasts until everything runs again plus careful handling that leaves yards and tiles looking clean. Speed and quality stand out when bursts or old parts get swapped without mess, even if one scheduling change caused frustration. DIRT Score 4.59 from 142 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I had to get a tub faucet replaced because it was very old and was leaking continously. They fixed the leak and placed a nice cover over the faucet taking into consideration I would not be able to replace old tile. They did a good job They did not do extra cuts under the kitchen sink to check water pressure. They cleaned after the work was done. Prices could be better. I understand everything has gone up but, I appreciate that the diagnosis fee is deducted from total if job is done. Excellent incentive!!! I will be using them in the future.”
“I've been using Pronto Plumbers exclusively for a good many years now, after trying other plumbing outfits in EP. I rely on Pronto because they offer the most personal service experience, are fair in pricing, listen carefully to the homeowner, and do a superior, professional job. The foremen plumbers I've met, like Domingo and, previously, Steve Nunez (now partly retired) are exceptionally skilled, knowledgeable, helpful, and warm, friendly people who welcome questions and put the customer at ease. They can handle huge jobs without a problem, because I've had jobs of that kind in my old house, and they've gone out of their way on multiple jobs to ease the experience for me as homeowner. In their pricing, it's clear they aren't trying to take the customer to the cleaners. From the office dispatcher and staff, especially awesome Angie, to the owner, Victor, these are incredible people who treat the customer like a human being, not a job number. And they offer an apprentice program, which is so important for training the next generation, and not so common these days!”
“Pronto Plumbers came within the scheduled wimdow. Water was spinning out from the PCB, as seen in the left picture. Fabian and Eliseo performed the work, leaving the landscaping looking better than before there was a plumbing issue, as seen in the right picture. Fabian and Eliseo were very cordial, courteous, and respectful.”
“Absolutely terrible customer service. I had a tankless water heater service scheduled today between 8am and 10am and instead of receiving a courtesy phone call, I was sent an email on the day of my scheduled service canceling the appointment and stating they couldn’t reschedule until after the 26th of January. Keep in mind I had already taken the day off of work for this scheduled service! The day before my appointment I spoke with Victor who was right off the back was extremely rude and spoke over me the entire time, refusing to let me explain or even finish a sentence. There was no effort to listen or provide any level of customer service yet was demanding a $355 service charge without even having listened or shown up for any kind of work. I tried explaining that Angie (office manager) had already given me the price of $155 (assessment fee) and he basically said “it’s $355 did you still want me to go”. Customer service matters just as much as the work, and this experience was completely unprofessional. I will never use Pronto Plumbing again and will be sure to warn friends and family about the poor service. Save yourselves the headache and call anyone else! I’d give this a 0 ⭐️ rating if I could! Be better Pronto Plumbing!!”
“Fabian was the service representative and I give him 5 stars. He was very helpful and pleasant and corrected my issues completely.”
