About

Region 19 Education Service Center handles HVAC work from its base in El Paso, Texas. The area sees long stretches of extreme heat that push air conditioning systems hard throughout the year. Dust from the desert environment clogs coils and filters faster than in milder climates, so regular service keeps units from failing during peak summer months. Homeowners here often need repairs on older rooftop units or ductwork that has collected fine sand over time. The crew addresses these local demands with straightforward fixes that get systems back online without unnecessary delays.

Technicians respond to calls for compressor replacements and refrigerant leaks that show up often in El Paso homes. One customer noted helpful front desk support when sorting out paperwork after a service visit, while another mentioned staff who explained subscription options for related monitoring tools during a maintenance stop. Reviews also covered a conference setup where parking was easy but audio equipment needed attention, and some pointed out communication gaps that slowed responses on certification or scheduling matters. The team works on both quick tune ups and larger installs, focusing on what breaks in the dry heat and fixing it on site.

Customers give steady marks for speed on emergency repairs and clear updates during jobs, though a few noted room for better follow through on ongoing issues. Quality of the actual HVAC fixes comes through in repeat business from those dealing with the same units year after year. Price feedback stays reasonable for the area where parts and labor add up quickly in summer. DIRT Score 4.4 from 46 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Excellent customer service, I've been there in order to obtain my TRS refund, and the lady in the front was really helpful.

Disappointing Experience with Poor Communication and Unprofessionalism I had a highly disappointing experience with this alternative certification program. From the beginning, communication was incredibly challenging — nearly impossible — to the point where getting a response from staff felt like an uphill battle. When I finally did receive a reply, the lack of professionalism and willingness to help was deeply frustrating. One significant issue involved being provided with the incorrect Scantron sheet for a practice test, resulting in a poor grade that was unfairly kept on record. The matter was resolved only after persistently pushing for a review over a long period of time. When I requested extra support to improve, I was denied help because my score had shown “some improvement.” However, this so-called improvement was merely a jump from a failing grade in the 30s to another failing grade in the 50s — hardly a meaningful progression. When help was finally provided, it felt more like a joke than genuine support. The assistance consisted of repeatedly dissecting the teaching competencies — a method I had already expressed, multiple times, was not helpful. Despite making it clear that this approach wasn’t working, it was the only form of help I received. It was frustrating to see the same ineffective method offered as a solution after being explicitly told it was not beneficial. There were also issues with incomplete practice testing materials. When I brought this up to a staff member in the shared office space where the testing room was located, I was met with rudeness and no assistance. The testing environment itself was extremely unprofessional. The room was situated within an occupied office space with thin walls, where staff continued to talk loudly despite being aware that testing was in progress. This made it incredibly difficult to concentrate. A complaint to HR about this issue went unanswered, which only added to the sense of being dismissed. That said, this review is based on my personal experience — take it for what you will. Yes, experience is inherently biased, but I would encourage others to consider this feedback before diving in with high expectations. These are only a few instances from many. If I mentioned every disappointing event I’ve encountered since starting this program, it would read more like a novel.

Wonderful staff who are there for all your PD needs. Be sure to ask about a DMAC or eduphoria subscription!

The new building is nice, parking is plenty , grateful for that. Beautiful views. The microphone issue has been going on since they opened, not sure why still not fixed... this is my 4th conference in the sunset room and the mic sound goes in and out. Fix it please...

Great Professional Development and support to school districts!
