“It's Friday night, July 3rd and the condensation drain line clogged. Water is dripping from the ceiling where the A/C is located in the attic. I call SM AIR and left a message. It being a holiday weekend (250) I figured I'd be really lucky to get a call back before Monday, well whata-you-know an hour or so later and I get a return call from Ricky at SM AIR. Ricky tells me that thay could have a technician there in the morning between 8 and 10. I was excited, he explained that yes there would be an extra fee for work out side of normal hours, but it wasn't so much. I was really happy that they would come that soon. Sure enough a few minutes after 8:00am, my phone rang and Matthew told me he would be there in about 20 minutes. I showed him the problem and where everything was and he went to work. Oh, I almost forgot to mention how friendly and professional Matt was and what a smile. He found the problems, several small items and fixed them. He then worked longer to make sure everything was in working order. Matt took pictures of the problem areas and of how he repaired them and text the photos to me. I couldn't be happier with Ricky, Matthew and SM AIR, their rapid response and the price. They saved our weekend. Thanks”

“As the reviews would indicate, these guys did a phenomenal job. My system was 20 years old and we had been tossing around getting it replaced. We had them come inspect it after it started leaking into the ceiling and they were very professional and honest giving me quotes for cleaning, duct work, replacement and enhancements. We decided to do a full replacement with some much needed duct work upgrades. They came out and had everything removed, replaced and running perfectly in about 6 hours. They were polite, professional and clean. Everything you would want and expect from a company doing this kind of work on your house.
