“My son has been in NSICU for 24 days, following a hemorrhagic stroke. I have been very pleased with his care in every way. The hospital overall is extremely clean. The staff is responsive and caring. This has been the best hospital experience we have had, although this has been the worst possible injury any of our family has ever experienced. All the staff have been dedicated and knowledgeable. There is, however, a particular person who rose above the call to assist me. That person is Chaplain Norma. When I could not get the necessary documents to take care of my son’s interests, Norma knew exactly who to contact and did it immediately. What I had been trying to accomplish for days she managed in less than 2 hours. Even more importantly, she comes to check up on my son every day. When she enters the room the sunshine comes in with her. We are very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.5+ 🌟”
