About

The University Medical Center Of El Paso operates out of El Paso TX where they focus on HVAC services for the community. This area sees extreme heat and dry conditions that put heavy demands on cooling equipment year round. Dust and wind add extra wear so units require solid maintenance to run without issues. Local homeowners deal with these elements constantly and need reliable help to avoid costly failures when the weather turns brutal. Common problems include clogged filters from the desert air and compressors working overtime in the summer heat.

They handle AC repairs when systems quit pushing cold air on the hottest days and perform full installs on new or replacement units to handle the load. Crews clean coils packed with dust, check refrigerant and fix duct leaks that waste energy in El Paso homes. Jobs often cover both residential split systems and larger setups on buildings where airflow must stay steady. Work gets done by checking the full setup first then replacing parts like fans or thermostats that fail from constant use in the dry climate. Homeowners here call when units ice up or blow warm air and expect the crew to sort it without multiple trips back.

Customers note solid response times on emergency calls during peak heat, repairs that hold up without quick callbacks, straight pricing without surprise add ons and clear updates on what the job involves. The overall record shows room for improvement in a few areas across many jobs. DIRT Score 3.54 from 1068 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Olieda & Brianna made a very difficult stressful time so much more easier to go through by their smiles, kindness, respect and they're sharing of encouragement. Every single day that I was there with my sister and ICU these ladies literally made me feel sense of joy and peace. If you can please acknowledge them they deserve it.

Wonderful staff at UMC! Thank you to all specifically the trauma and infectious wounds departments! Smooth flight with EmergentAir and ambulance staff from Lincoln County, NM. Today, I also include a sample of the cuisine the do so well here... It's gotta' be great 'cause it takes my mind off my arm which is currently posing as a skirk-steak. Lol! Thank you all! (DM me if you want to see the arm...

My family has spent a lot of time at this hospital recently, and while it has been one of the most difficult and stressful experiences we’ve ever faced, the kindness of the staff has made all the difference. I especially want to recognize Oleida at the welcome desk. From the very first day, she greeted us with warmth and compassion. After seeing us several times, she remembered our family and always took a moment to check in on us. Those small acts of kindness made the hospital feel much less intimidating and helped bring comfort during a very difficult time. I would also like to thank the many nurses, therapists, physicians, and support staff who have cared for my mom. There are so many to name! Their attention to detail, encouragement, professionalism, and genuine compassion have not gone unnoticed. They have treated her with dignity and kindness while supporting our entire family through a challenging journey. Thank you to everyone who works here. The medical care has been important, but the compassion and humanity shown by your staff have meant just as much to us. We are deeply grateful. Your kindness will be remembered long after this hospital stay is over.

My procedure came out perfect. Dr Esmaeli is vey professional, informative and descriptive. Mayra and MaryAnn were great nurses. They prepared me for my procedure in the most professional way. They made me feel comfortable and confident in the way they performed their duties. Maryann stood by my side and explained everything in a way that I trusted her totally. I appreciate and give thanks to the whole staff for the experience I had at University Medical Center. 🙏🏻

My son has been in NSICU for 24 days, following a hemorrhagic stroke. I have been very pleased with his care in every way. The hospital overall is extremely clean. The staff is responsive and caring. This has been the best hospital experience we have had, although this has been the worst possible injury any of our family has ever experienced. All the staff have been dedicated and knowledgeable. There is, however, a particular person who rose above the call to assist me. That person is Chaplain Norma. When I could not get the necessary documents to take care of my son’s interests, Norma knew exactly who to contact and did it immediately. What I had been trying to accomplish for days she managed in less than 2 hours. Even more importantly, she comes to check up on my son every day. When she enters the room the sunshine comes in with her. We are very grateful for her kindness and professionalism.5+ 🌟
