“I really liked this company at first. They’re quick and responsive. They came highly recommended, and I wanted to support local by going with them. Unfortunately, 2 different installations on two separate occasions (ac unit and hot water tank) both came with issues between quality of work and cleanliness. The ac was blowing out hot air two days after they installed my new one. They were quick to fix their mistake, but they jumped around the question when asked what was wrong and what was fixed after them being here for over 3 hours. The second time was the hot water tank. A few months after installation, the tank was making a consistent popping noise. The tech came out and worked on it, fixed the venting the was not vented correctly as he told me (which they fixed during installation), and that I needed a chimney flue replacement. After the tech left, there was no more noise coming from the tank. A few days later, I received a $100 bill for a service call. Understandably, I was upset. I called to have them explain why I was being billed. I believe I was talking to Larry, he told me that the tech never worked on my water tank and examined my flue so that’s why I was billed. It became a back and forth argument of how he did work on it as the noise was no longer coming from the tank and the tech left a clamp from the wiring on top of the tank. He also broke a personal belonging of mine that was never replaced as they said it would be. I had to send photos via text showing proof of the mess for them to ultimately tell me they will not be billing me. The tech had to come back out to clean the mess and said to me he had no idea how that got on the tank since he didn’t touch the tank. Even though, it was never like that before he came and left that way when he left. But miraculously, the noise stopped the first day he came to fix it. I personally think it’s shady business. I tried asking what was wrong and what was fixed, but they again, jumped around the question and provided no answers. They took absolutely no accountability for any mistake. The owners have not a single clue what type of work their techs are providing.”
