“I called in the early morning. I was able to get an appointment the same day between 10 and 1pm I was promised. Gamez & Steven explained everything they did for me. They also gave me a quote for a new air conditioner and furnace when I asked as mine is dated 12/1989. The men were kind and kept their work area clean. Very respectful of my home. They installed my thermostat I had purchased elsewhere when I asked the scheduler if they installed thermostats purchased by the customer. I was assured I I would only be charged labor and any materials used. I asked them half-joking If they would move the thermostat out of the hall into the living room. They said yes! I will have them in for my next project for sure. Is Joe’s the cheapest in town? Probably not. Reasonable? Absolutely! I can guarantee you get what you pay for when you go for the cheapest. #1 When I called Joe’s, the phone was answered by a live person. #2 The scheduler gave me a date and time when Steven and Gamez were going to show up and they showed up in that timeframe with all the tools and materials needed. No side trips anywhere. #3 The work was completed that day and just a short period of time. 10 out of 10 rating Thanks guys!!”
