“Jeromy from Republic Heat and Air was excellent. He came out to perform a summer AC tune-up and was both very knowledgeable and polite throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain how my system works and what it should be doing, which I really appreciated. He also gave me honest insight into what I might expect from my older system in the future and walked me through some available options if I decide to replace it down the road. What stood out most was that he never pressured me into anything—his goal was clearly to educate, not sell. If Jeromy is any indication of the kind of people at Republic Heat and Air, I’ll definitely be a customer for years to come. Highly recommend.”

“This was Joshua’s second trip out to our home. The first time he arrived he asked questions and listened thoughtfully to our questions and concerns. He went about his inspection with quiet professionalism, after which giving an oral explanation of his findings. He broke down the steps needed, how long it would take and a very accurate estimate on cost. When he showed up to to the work he got straight to it, I was surprised by the speed in which he was able to complete the task. He finished up by explaining in detail using the many pictures of his to explain the final solution. He also recommended I contact the city water utilities to see if I could get a credit on the water bill to offset the repair cost.”
