“This was our first time using the services of Rhode and because of our Technician Michael we will continue to use the company for our Maintenance and Service needs. Michael is truly an amazing technician. We were very impressed and feel very fortunate to have had him as our technician. Michael was very courteous, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Michael went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I were educated on our HVAC system and how to do our part in keeping it in the best possible shape. Michael provided us with peace and confidence knowing the job is being done right. He identified things in our system we otherwise wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t shown us. He also corrected some misconceptions we were originally told by the builder when our house was built concerning our part in taking care of the unit. He provided us with a very thorough explanation on the status of our system and gave us advice on next steps for us to ensure optimal performance of the unit.”

“We’ve been using Rohde Heating and AC to maintain our home heating/AC unit for years. These preventative maintenance checks become more important as our unit ages. It’s a lot easier to repair the AC unit in April than it is in August! Today, Eric and Cody came out to perform a preseason check on our air conditioner. They checked system performance, changed the air filter, and cleaned the condensate drain and condenser coil. We’re confident our unit is up to the challenges of a long, hot Texas summer.”
