“Michael did an excellent job servicing our HVAC needs. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and walked me through what was going on in terms I could actually understand. I really appreciated that he gave me a couple of options, explained the pros and cons, and never tried to upsell me on anything I didn’t need. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after himself, and double-checked everything before leaving to make sure the system was running properly. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. I’ll definitely be requesting Michael again for any future HVAC work and highly recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional technician.”
