“I'm new to the area and I needed my car fixed. My Air conditioner stopped working and living here in Houston, you NEED Air conditioning!! My vanity mirror lights stopped working and my license plate light was very dim. Ruben called me and kept me informed of everything as the guys were working on my car. He even sent me pictures so I can see the damage and I can decide if I wanted to fix the problem or not. I appreciate the efforts and they charged me a fair price because locating and diagnosing the problem can take some time. I'm happy I chose them to work on my car. Thanks guys! It was one time recently last month when he did some minor repairs on my car and when I got my car back, the car was still acting up and needed more work. “I had 2 big dogs and 1 medium dog in my car going to a vet for a visit. I pulled into a parking spot but left the car running for the AC for the kids. Suddenly pop and my entire car went dead. No power, no sounds, no lights, nothing. A couple of the guys at the vet tried to jump the battery to no avail. The best they could get was dash sounds and lights and a little air. I called a wrecker to pick up my car and take it to Ray's. We got there about 3 pm and they dropped everything and went to work on my car. They determined that the battery had a bad cell. They also checked their records and found that I bought the battery at Ray's and it was still under warranty. They replaced the battery and handed me an invoice for $0.00 for the repair.
