The company that originally installed our AC - and messed it up - wouldn’t return my calls and I was absolutely desperate to get it fixed. I called Beck’s based on recommendations from this group and they immediately picked up my call. Despite how busy they were, Laurie found room in the schedule for me and sent a technician as soon as she could fit me in. Matt discovered that our one year old compressor broke - most likely due to the original company cutting corners during the initial installation - and Laurie and her team worked tirelessly to get the part for us. Beck’s had never installed our AC brand so they weren’t licensed to get the part needed (which was under warranty) and do the fix. They went through the licensing process just for us so they could help us out. The AC unit company promised they had the compressor and someone from Beck’s drove all the way from Cambridge Springs to Sharon to pick it up. They ended up not having the part. Afterwards, Laurie worked with the AC unit company to find us one. After they got the part, they had us on the schedule ASAP. Unlike the other company I originally used, they stand behind their service and made sure to let me know I could call if there were any issues because they want to make sure things stay working. They installed the new compressor today and everything is working great! Thank you again to the entire Beck’s team!!!! I will only be using Beck’s for any future AC or heat related needs.
