“As I was headed to work this morning, I noticed a high-pitched sound coming from my HVAC unit. I was unsure what to do, so I called the number for this company since there was a sticker on it from the previous homeowner. The main office answered my call as soon as they opened at 8:00 am and had the owner of the company come out to take a look by 10:30 am the same day. I received constant communication via text message about when they were headed there and when they were to arrive. He was able to quickly figure out that nothing was wrong with my unit and that the sound was coming from my toolbox. Somehow, my stud finder was going off when the unit wasn't on and would come back on right when the unit started. Needless to say, I was quite embarrassed by the whole situation. Mark Souza was not only extremely polite and helpful the entire time, but he also didn't even charge me for taking the time out of the day to help figure out what was wrong. Not once did he try to sell me a random service. This has to be the best experience with a technician that I have ever had. Previously, my wife called a plumber to come out to fix a sink, and they prepared a $2,000 quote. This was nothing like that experience. I will be using this service in the future, just because of the great customer service.”
