Aire Serv of Northwest Arkansas

Aire Serv of Northwest Arkansas works out of Fayetteville, Texas handling HVAC work for homes across the area. The outfit takes on heating and cooling jobs that come up in local houses and small commercial spots. Their focus stays on keeping systems running through the Texas heat and the occasional winter freeze that hits the region. Crews deal with everything from routine upkeep to bigger fixes when units break down during peak seasons. Homeowners in Fayetteville know the weather can push equipment hard so having a reliable crew nearby matters when the air stops moving or the heat fails to kick on.

They handle full system installations along with repairs on compressors thermostats and ductwork that wears out over time. In this part of Texas the long hot summers mean air conditioning runs nonstop so techs often get calls for recharge jobs or fan motor swaps to stop total breakdowns. Winter brings furnace tune ups and pilot light issues that need quick attention before pipes freeze. The team shows up with diagnostic tools to pinpoint problems fast then gets parts in place without dragging the job out over multiple days. Regular maintenance visits help catch small leaks or dirty coils before they turn into expensive replacements during the worst weather.

Customers stick with them because the jobs finish on time and the fixes hold up without callbacks. High marks come from quick arrivals when units quit in the middle of summer plus clear explanations on what needs doing and what it will cost. Work quality stays consistent across repairs and installs while pricing avoids hidden fees that frustrate homeowners. Communication from the first phone call to the final walkthrough keeps everyone on the same page. DIRT Score 4.96 from 361 reviews on Finds.

“Scott Aten was great- he fixed my a/c issue and provided ample information about how to maintain our a/c unit properly, which filters to use, and how to drain the unit when changing filters. I appreciated the quick and helpful service!”

“I highly recommend this company. Wesley was awesome and did a fabulous job. He was extremely efficient, professional and very kind; especially, he was patient and kind with our “monster” dogs!! We had them outside before he got here. (German Shepherd and Great Pyrenees). They’re very protective, to say the least and they don’t play with strangers. Truly, they can sniff a person and know their spirit. Sounds crazy, I know, but it’s true. Wesley walked to the back door and calmed them before he stared doing anything. Very few people would’ve even taken the time to do that. Before he left, he had them in the palms of his hands. 😍. Truly, he not only knows what he’s doing in cleaning air ducts, he has a great spirit! I highly recommend this company and I would encourage you to req”

“Found a problem with my home heat and air system. Advised me of it and repaired the entire problem. My whole unit is like new again. And for as much work had to be completed he was in and out it seemed like in no time. Had every part, every tool on his van to complete job from start to finish. Very Profesional. Highly recommend, you do t meet good folks like this often.”

“Brian came out promptly and discussed replacing my pvc dryer vent pipe with metal pipe to bring it up to code. We discussed enlarging the opening in my floor and feeding the metal pipe up through the floor for easier access. Normally, I've had to go into my crawl space to affix one end of my dryer hose to the rigid pipe. This will be much more convenient. Brian was very friendly and knowledgeable. He is an asset to Aire Serv.”

“I'm very satisfied with the service we received. The install techs where very professional and courteous. They kept me informed when they needed to modify the closet a bit for the indoor unit. Wonderful job with the install. Prices were competitive. Brian made sure we got the best option for our needs to cut utilities cost. After the install he walked me through all they installed and informed me how to operate the thermostat. I'll definitely recommend Aire Serv.”
