Davison Heating, Cooling & Construction

Davison Heating, Cooling & Construction works out of Fayetteville, Texas, where they focus on HVAC services for homes and businesses across the region. The crew takes care of air conditioning and heating needs that come with Texas weather, from long stretches of summer heat that strain cooling units to winter drops that test furnaces and heat pumps. They handle installations for new systems along with fixes for existing setups, including mini splits in homes that lack full ductwork. Local conditions like high humidity and dust mean equipment needs steady attention to avoid early failures, and this outfit sticks to direct methods that match what the area demands without extra layers.

They carry out air conditioning repairs when units lose cooling power, furnace installations to replace worn equipment, and thermostat work to improve control over temperatures. Maintenance visits cover coil cleaning, filter changes, and checks on heat pumps or mini splits to catch small problems before they grow. Homeowners reach out for service on AC systems that quit during peak heat or for new installations in additions where central air falls short. The process involves showing up with the right parts, diagnosing issues like leaks or electrical faults on the spot, and finishing the job so the system runs steady through the seasons without repeated calls.

Homeowners rate the outfit high because repairs happen fast enough to restore comfort before a hot spell drags on, and installations hold up without quick follow-ups. Reviews note fair costs that match the scope of work, plus clear updates from the first visit to the end so there are no surprises on timing or parts. Quality shows in systems that deliver even cooling or heating without extra noise or breakdowns, and the crew explains options plainly when something needs replacement. This steady performance across dozens of jobs adds up over time. DIRT Score 4.62 from 72 reviews on Finds.

“My AC went out in peak heat July weather. I called Keith and he helped me to trouble shoot the problem. - The problem was more than I could handle so he scheduled a technician (his son Cole) to service my home the very next day. Cole found and fixed the issue within the first few minutes of arrival. An hour later he had my AC up and running. The service was scheduled quickly, affordable, thorough, and completed in the blink of an eye. We're back to cool power baby! - Thank you Davison Heating and Cooling. - Highly recommend - 5 Star”

“I highly recommend Davison HVAC. Keith actually answered his phone and made it very easy to make an appointment. Him and his son Cole were both friendly and professional. Very reasonably priced services. I will definitely be calling them for all my future needs.”

“Great service! My AC was not working and they came the same day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend this company.”

“Noticed we had a clogged drain in our air handler. It was a Sunday. They were out within an hour. Not only was that the problem, but he showed us how to fix it in the future and fixed the shut off which had malfunctioned. They had been out previously after another company tried to scam us into a new system. Mr. Davison had the know how and fixed it . I never plan on switching to anyone else.”

“When our upstairs A/C unit failed, we called Keith at Davison Heating, Cooling & Construction. He quickly identified the issue and gave us clear options for replacing our 21-year-old system. We ultimately decided to replace both the outdoor unit and the furnace given their age. On the day of the appointment, Keith, Cole, and their team arrived early and made quick work installing, charging, and testing the new system. Before leaving, they even walked us through the factory warranty registration process. They are honest, professional, and respectful, leaving everything they touched clean and neat. I highly recommend Davison Heating, Cooling & Construction for their excellent service!”
