“Our townhome HVAC system needed repair. The first company I called (Franklin) charged me a TRIP fee ($60), then a DIAGNOSTIC fee once they arrived ($250), then gave me an estimate for a new blower ($700). That all seemed high - fee after fee after fee. I called another (smaller) company referred by our plumber. That technician replaced the blower & billed us $541 (total) - But he did not know how to truly fix our system and it still was not working consistently (one day we came home to 98 heat!). Horrible! (I am dreading that month's bill.) Frustrated & desperate, I did a deep dive into Google reviews, said a "Hail Mary" prayer and I FINALLY contacted Ozark Mountain Air!
