Precision Comfort Heating and Cooling

Precision Comfort Heating and Cooling works out of Fayetteville, TX as an HVAC crew that has built up over twenty two years of hands on experience with heating and cooling equipment. They focus on keeping homes in the area comfortable through repairs, routine checks, full replacements, and installs for new construction projects. Fayetteville sees long stretches of heat and humidity in the summer months followed by cooler winters that put real demand on both air conditioners and furnaces. Homeowners here run into common problems like worn compressors, clogged filters, and uneven airflow that can drive up energy costs if left alone. The company stays ready to handle these local conditions with straightforward service that matches what the weather throws at residential systems.

They perform HVAC maintenance visits to catch small issues before they turn into big failures during peak seasons, along with complete replacements when older units can no longer keep up. New construction work involves laying out ductwork and setting up entire systems from scratch in fresh builds around town. Service calls often cover everything from thermostat problems and refrigerant leaks to furnace ignition fixes and duct cleaning. In Fayetteville the crew deals with heavy AC use that wears parts faster than in milder climates, so they emphasize regular tune ups to maintain steady performance and avoid emergency breakdowns when temperatures climb. Homeowners call them for both quick repairs on existing equipment and larger jobs that require planning around existing home layouts.

The score reflects steady results on speed for getting technicians out during busy periods, quality that holds up after the job is done, and clear communication about what work costs upfront. Customers note fair pricing that does not include surprise add ons once the crew arrives and sees the setup. This approach builds trust across repeated service needs like seasonal maintenance and unexpected repairs that come with Texas weather patterns. DIRT Score 4.76 from 60 reviews on Finds.

“We had a great experience with Precision Comfort Heating and Cooling. From the first call to the completed service, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. They showed up when they said they would, clearly explained what was going on with our system, and did not try to upsell or push unnecessary repairs. What stood out most to us was their honesty and attention to detail. They took the time to make sure everything was working properly before they left, and we felt confident in the work that was done. As an organization responsible for housing women and children, having dependable and trustworthy service providers is critical, and they delivered. If you are looking for reliable service and a company that stands behind their work, we would absolutely recommend Precision Comf”

“I cannot recommend Precision Comfort Heating and Cooling highly enough. We recently had an issue with the air conditioner at Oasis of NWA , and they handled the situation with incredible professionalism and speed. What really stood out was their honesty. They diagnosed the problem quickly and provided a very reasonable repair without any high-pressure sales tactics or attempts to upsell us on equipment we didn't need. It is rare to find a company that prioritizes genuine service and fair pricing, especially when dealing with a facility that relies so heavily on a functional environment. If you are looking for a team that is fast, reliable, and operates with high integrity, definitely give them a call. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!”

“Oasis NWA (a women and children’s nonprofit organization serving North West Arkansas) recently received air‑conditioning repair services from this company, and I cannot express how grateful we are. When you’re serving women rebuilding their lives and children who need stability, a safe and comfortable environment isn’t optional — it’s essential. Their team showed up with compassion, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help. They treated our organization with respect and urgency. The technicians were knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly efficient. It’s rare to find a company that not only does excellent work but also understands the heart behind a nonprofit’s mission. Their support made a real difference for the women and children we serve, and we are truly thankful.”

“Outstanding experience working with Precision. They have been quick to respond, fairly priced, and very competent and trustworthy. It's difficult to find companies that are a pleasure to do business with, so Precision is a breath of fresh air. We had an old unit that needed partially replaced and they went out of their way to find a compatible part to save us money and frustration. Very pleased and would 100% recommend.”
