“Sal was phenomenal! Our A/C died during the hottest point in the summer. We checked with a total of five A/C companies, but Sal was the most patient and knowledgeable representative. He clearly explained our options, encouraged us to do as much research as possible prior to our purchase, and was extremely patient in explaining the technicalities of A/C and Furnace. He even gave us his personal cell phone number to call him with any questions. Most of all, Sal operated with the highest integrity and kept his word by coming back to our home after instillation to answer all of our questions.
