“I genuinely don’t like providing negative feedback back, but I waited patiently for them to think about this entire experience that started back in late January. I was having problems with the heat not turning off, nor was it very warm. I contacted Campbell’s. They sent a tech out to check the system, and to clean it. Their guy checked everything & said everything was fine. A few days later it was still not operating correctly. I requested another tech & 2 came out to look at it. Again, nothing was fixed. A technician came out,& according to him, he determined the thermostat was malfunctioning. He also determined that the heat pump failed. He came back to replace the thermostat & the heat pump. We called one company, they came out, spent 5 minutes looking at the system and said it was installed wrong and needed a full replacement. The second company came out, spent 20 minutes looking at the system, said the motor needed replacement and the owner told his employee to upcharge us 4x the price.
