“We've been depending on Comfort Systems of Arizona (formerly Flagstaff Comfort Systems) for spring and fall maintenance service for many years. Five or six years ago they installed two new HVAC systems for us, with which we've been totally pleased. During spring maintenance this month, I mentioned to our Tech, Ashton, that one end of our house had been a little cold over the winter, and that someone had once suggested that our ducts might be too small. He immediately hopped up into the attic and confirmed that the setup could be greatly approved. So just a week later Ashton and another Tech, Zach, showed up with all the necessary supplies, upsized and upgraded our ductwork with an immediate huge improvement. Ashton and Zach were professional, detail-oriented, caring about our in-house belo”

“I have a very old heater, 26 years old to be exact and it was not working properly so I called to schedule a service. They were able to get me in the schedule not only the same day but within a few hours. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He got my heater up and running very quickly and took the time to clean it up. I will be updating the whole system hopefully this next year and will definitely be calling Comfort Systems of Arizona. Top notch service!👍 Thank you.”

“From the very beginning, we were impressed with the owner, Cole’s professionalism. We were also amazed at the difference in cost between one of the big contractors for Northern Arizona and Cole’s company. Unlike the other company, we were provided a detailed invoice with everything broken down, so that we could see exactly what we were paying for. His crew was meticulous, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure things were done right. We would definitely recommend that you give Cole a call before purchasing a heating or air-conditioning system with anyone else. Having someone that you know, you can trust, not only to install, but to maintain your systems is very important to us.”

“I can't say enough about Comfort Systems. They were quick to return my call, set up a appointment and give me an estimate for a furnace within two days. Once I accepted the bid the install took place in less than a week. Fast, thorough, and courteous, you can't ask for anymore!”

“I got quotes on a new central heating and air system from seven different HVAC companies in the Flagstaff area, and selected Comfort Systems for their combination of price, brand quality, problem-solving approach, and general responsiveness. Cole and team installed our new Trane system last week, and proved across each of those factors that I made the right decision!”

“I can’t say enough great things about Ryan and his crew. Absolute pleasure to work with. Exceeded all expectations. Zack was professional and courteous. They even showed how much they valued my business by giving me a pound of local coffee beans! I love this company!”

“This is a great company, local family owned. They are honest and reliable, sent someone the same day and fixed the problem! These are my main HVAC people now, highly recommend!”

“Rion and the guys are amazing! They made the drive to our place an hour away and gave us a free second opinion on the air conditioning repairs that needed to be made. Despite being super busy, they got us on a quick schedule to make the repairs, which saved us $800 over the first company, and they cleared up some questions I had regarding refrigerant. The unit has been working great since then! I definitely recommend the team at Comfort Systems of Arizona!”

The technician was professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure we had heat and were comfortable for the holidays. “Cole and Dustin were outstanding! They were at my door exactly at 8:30 as promised and went to work so quickly - removed my old furnace and installed a new Trane and made it look easy. So patient as I looked and asked questions. These guys know what they are doing - absolutely delighted! You are in good hands with Comfort Systems.”
