Authorized Air LLC

Authorized Air LLC operates as an HVAC contractor based in Florence, Texas. They specialize in air conditioning and heating services for homes in the area. The business covers everything from basic maintenance to full system replacements. Florence sits in a region with intense summer heat that puts heavy demands on cooling equipment. Homeowners there deal with high temperatures that can strain units quickly. The company keeps hours that run from early morning into late evening on weekdays and weekends to match when people are actually home. They provide service for air conditioning repairs, installations, and inspections along with heating options including heat pumps.

They take on air conditioning installation and repair jobs, along with tune-ups and replacements when systems fail under the load. For heating, the work includes tune-ups, repairs, inspections, and full replacements to handle occasional cold snaps. Heat pump services cover maintenance, installation, and fixes to keep everything running through the seasons. In Florence, the main issues come from the long hot seasons that wear out compressors and coils faster than in cooler climates. Crews show up to diagnose problems like weak airflow or strange noises and get the units back in shape without dragging things out. They handle routine checks that prevent bigger breakdowns during peak summer months when every home runs its system nonstop.

Homeowners in the area note that the team shows up on time and explains the fixes in plain terms. The work holds up through the tough local weather, and costs stay reasonable compared to bigger outfits. Reviews highlight solid results on both cooling and heating jobs without extra delays or confusion. DIRT Score 4.23 from 17 reviews on Finds.

“My system locked up and was economically totaled (beyond cost effective repair). I had more than 10 estimates from $11,500 to $27,000 for the replacement of my heat pump (A/C) 5-ton system (a collage of manufacturers, installers and system SEER ratings). I was minutes from putting a deposit down with another company, and I called Authorized Air LLC for one more estimate. I talked to Matt, and, well I'm glad I did. Not only was I able to talk the techie stuff with him, Matt provided a one day install at much lower price. Leo, one of the installers, was superb. It's been two months since install, and Leo stopped by to make sure everything was perfect. I am "a happy customer", so I treated Leo and Jack to dinner!”

“Absolutely amazing!! I called to get a quote which was way better than anyone else, which included a warranty better than anyone else. My AC was up and running the next morning. I would definitely recommend anyone to them and I won’t go anywhere else if I need HVAC work done again.”

“Leo and Matt showed up right on time. They determined what was causing the problem with my HVAC system. It was repaired quickly and explained very well. No pressure to replace everything, which seems to be an industry standard. I recommend this company.”

“Authorized Air is a new company built by qualified and professional people with great work ethic. I am 100% satisfied with my mini split system. I recommend them without reservation.”

“Authorized Air did a maintenance check and cleaning on my mother's 10 year old unit..........Very reasonable cost, no hidden charges, and didn't try to up-sell me or anything. Then on the 5 year old unit at my house, I had them install a drain pan water switch to prevent water damage if the condensation drains ever get plugged on the attic unit in my house. Again, fast professional service, reasonable cost that they told me up front, and the tech. even showed me how I can easily clean the drain myself and save $$. Thanks Leo! Very friendly guy who knows what he's doing.”

“Authorized Air is amazing! They were quick to respond and fully explained everything that needed to be done. Reasonable pricing, no hidden charges, and extremely professional and helpful. Leo is awesome! He's very knowledgeable and gets the job done quickly but thoroughly. I was very impressed and would recommend Authorized Air to anyone.”

“Thanks to Leo and his thorough assessment we are able to warranty out our mini split. He was the third technician to come see what was wrong but the first one to take apart the unit and really investigate. Thank you Leo for your help! It was a pleasure working with you.”

“Absolutely amazing service! Messaged him and got a response in less than 5 minutes and came out same day! The technician was very professional and nice! They went above and beyond to make sure our A/C is ready for the summer.”

“Amazing customer service, showed up 15 minutes after we called and diagnosed the issue quickly. Replaced the part on our AC that was the issue and was out in about 20-30 minutes!”

“This is an amazing family business! They prioritize same day service and do their best to affordably repair or replace all AC units in this hot Arizona heat!”
