“Don't bother. Arrived early for a 10:00 am pickup, didn't finish loading until 8:00 pm. When the driver got to the receiver, the freight on the tail (soundbars) were loaded fine, but the tv's were loaded so poorly that they all shifted and the receiver refused the load. The broker Uber Freight was no help and took days to get an answer to deliver the refused product to another warehouse. Now they aren't paying layover for time lost. Never coming back here again”

“OMG, how is this place in business, keep drivers for endless hours (checked in at 1500 for 1600 drop, didnt get unloaded until 0200am the next day), cant figure out what door they want you on ask you to move multiple times because they keep forgetting there's a truck already on a door, gees, get your shit together people!!! Drivers: open your damn eyes, slow down, put your phone down when driving, be professional driver, wake up!!!!”

“This is by far in my 15 years experience driving the worst place I ever pick up a load from the shipping office very disrespectful and unprofessional the yard guys don’t know what they’re doing while I was waiting trying to check one of the yard truck hit another semi!!!! But that’s not the worse there’s over 10 drivers waiting to get loaded for over five hours This place is that joke”

“Horrible business conduct. I made a purchase from their LG Partner store. Not only did they not deliver the product, LG refused to respond to support calls and emails and issue a refund. Mind you, I never received any merchandise, and the shipper tracking couldn’t even prove they had the merchandise in the first place. Had to invoke bank and dispute transaction altogether. LG is not a company worth doing any business with, many other superior electronic products out there with better support.”
