“Good service. I scheduled a dryer duct/vent cleaning required by my HoA. Overall, the scheduling process was smooth. I was able to book the appointment online and I got timely text confirmation and reminders on my mobile. The appointment window was short (they don't make you wait the whole day!). Two service agents showed up a few minutes earlier than the start of the 2-hour time window. They were courteous, took their shoes off before entering the house, and cleaned up the area after they finished. The service itself was done in 20 minutes or so.
