About

Texas Environmental Professionals Llc works out of Houston, Texas, on HVAC jobs that cover air conditioning repairs, duct installations, and ventilation fixes for homes across the city. Houston heat and humidity keep these systems running hard year round, so the crew takes on both routine maintenance and bigger replacements that involve moving heavy metal piping and equipment. They also pick up city contracts from time to time, which puts their trucks on local roads and job sites near neighborhoods. The company stays busy with these HVAC tasks because older homes often need upgrades to handle the constant load from summer temperatures.

Their work includes hauling pipes and parts to job sites, setting up new units, and handling repairs that touch outdoor landscaping or common areas. Crews have been seen transporting metal piping on open haulers without proper tie downs, and one run along I10 ended with sections falling off at highway speeds. They have performed work for municipal projects where equipment damaged HOA grass and plants, and the company has pushed back on fixing those spots. Office staff handle scheduling and calls, but customers report that actual job details often lack written agreements and that safety steps stay more discussed than followed during the day to day tasks.

Feedback on Texas Environmental Professionals Llc shows a split between office interactions and field performance. Some homeowners note that the women answering phones come across friendly and that management keeps things moving on the paperwork side. At the same time, repeated complaints point to weak communication once work starts, along with safety shortcuts and refusals to cover damages caused during jobs. Speed and quality draw the most criticism when pipes or equipment cause road hazards or yard issues. DIRT Score 3.27 from 27 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say

Company was hauling metal pipes without safety belts to tie down the piping and 3 pipes fell off their hauler onto i10 as I was traveling with my children at 75 mph per the limit. I honked at the driver who waved me off on a dismissive way. He did not even bother to stop. I did stop and checked for the safety of my family as we were all scared and the damages to my family van. I recorded a video of the way the pipes are stacked and not tied down and contacted the company to file a formal complaint

Dysfunctional. Poor communication. Business Leadership follows no doctrine. No actual contract that describes duties. Your accept what you get. Lack safety and Compliance posture. Safety is just talk.

This company damaged some HOA landscaping while doing work for the city. They are refusing to accept responsibility. I would not use them based on our interaction with them.

Management is great. The ladies in the office are very friendly. Very pleased.

They need more people but the other than that they never stop trying to satisfied
