“Recently our air conditioner unit went out during a severe hot weather episode so we immediately contacted River Valley Air Conditioning. Their response was awesome immediately sending out a technician. The technician arrived fairly early and was able to immediately get our unit working. It was determined that the power surge the day before was the cause of our unit going out. The technician conducted a full service and inspection on our unit and determined the unit was in good working order. I was completely satisfied with their response and professionalism. I would highly recommend River Valley Air Conditioning to anyone needing service. Their quick response, professionalism, great service, and reasonable cost was much appreciated. That sounded high to me so I called River Valley Air. Edgar showed up and went to the condenser and found a couple of things that should have been taken care of by my company.
