Fusion Heat & Air

Fusion Heat & Air works out of Fort Smith, TX as a local HVAC outfit that takes care of residential heating and cooling systems. The company concentrates on installation and repair jobs for homes throughout the area, dealing with the demands that come from Texas weather patterns where summers run hot and long while winters can still call for reliable heat. Homeowners here often need units that handle heavy cooling loads without constant breakdowns, and this crew steps in to keep air moving properly through ducts and vents in houses of all ages. They stick to straightforward residential work rather than commercial projects, matching the needs of neighborhoods around Fort Smith where equipment ages quickly under the sun and dust.

In Fort Smith the heat and humidity push air conditioners hard for months at a time, so Fusion Heat & Air handles new system installs that replace worn out units along with targeted repairs on compressors, coils, and thermostats that stop working. They also manage furnace tune ups and fixes when colder spells arrive, checking gas lines and blowers to prevent no heat calls during unexpected drops. Common jobs include sealing duct leaks that waste energy, replacing filters clogged by regional pollen, and balancing airflow in older homes that were never built with modern efficiency in mind. Technicians show up with the tools to diagnose issues on the spot and complete most fixes without multiple visits, helping residents avoid the discomfort that hits when systems fail right in peak summer.

Customers keep coming back because the crew shows up on time, explains what needs doing without extra charges, and leaves systems running right the first time around. Reviews point to solid work on both installs and repairs that hold up through the seasons, fair pricing that does not surprise anyone after the fact, and clear updates during every job. That track record adds up across hundreds of local calls where speed and quality matter most in extreme weather. DIRT Score 4.81 from 419 reviews on Finds.

“Fusion Heat and Air did a wonderful job replacing our system back in May. With temperatures over 100 degrees lately, I have been reminded just how grateful we are for their work. In previous years, we had to rely on fans and window units to keep the house comfortable during weather like this, but our new AC has had no trouble keeping up. Because we were upgrading from a 30-year-old unit that already had drainage issues, we ran into a couple of minor problems while getting everything adjusted to the new system. Fusion had someone at our home within hours each time and quickly took care of everything. Of everyone we contacted in the area, Fusion offered the most reasonable price for the quality of the system and service we received. When the time comes for us to replace another unit, we wi”

“Our AC was running non-stop all day. Could not catch up to the temp setting until dark. After discussing it with the tech Noah, he felt he knew exactly what it was under the house that was a problem, not the unit itself. Sure enough, he found an AC metal duct that fell apart and half of the output was blowing UNDER the house. Repaired that real quick, and all great again. He recommended a new fitting at some point later this year for a more permanent fix, and even drew a map for the area to keep in our file in case he was not the one assigned out. Noah was very thorough , very friendly, and super knowledgeable. Give that guy a raise and hire more like him! Thx Fusion!”

“Absolutely love this company. They're honest and they are skilled in their trade. When a person that is diagnosing an issue is having an issue pinpointing the problem they work together as a team for a solution. Fusion fixed, which we knew was a temp fix, both AC's and Furnaces in our home until we were in a position to replace the system. It was a no brainer to go back to them for replacing the 2 AC's and 2 furnaces that are in our home. Their prices are fair and their workmanship is great.”

“Fusion is THE best company out there! Eric helped me with information I needed to know to get someone out to look at my A/C, Sandra helped me get that set up and sent someone out the same day! And she helped me with getting the payment process for the service call so easy to handle! Maverick was the tech that came out and he was so nice and helpful with his knowledge in helping diagnose the problem. Unfortunately, my problem is not fixable but I will definitely be using this company to buy a new unit ASAP! The best company in the River Valley!”

“Fusion is the best! Des & Sandra made scheduling super easy & painless. They did a great job at communicating appointment availability & keeping me updated to the tech’s ETA. The tech Darrell did a thorough job servicing both of our units. 10/10 recommend”

“I needed a new HVAC system for my home and went with Fusion because of the price and value of their system. The installation went great and after a year, the system performs perfectly. Everyone that I have dealt with including sales, office staff, the owners and technicians have been top notch. Extremely satisfied with my choice.”

“We are so thankful for Desarae and Maverick with Fusion Heat and Air! When we came home to our house being 80+ degrees they were so quick to help us. Desarae was great to work with and got Maverick out to us fast. Maverick was professional, found the problem and got us a fix in no time! We cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this company!”

“We just had an excellent experience with Fusion replacing an aged out HVAC unit, which is never fun. From diagnosis to fix, their team was so easy to work with and prices were fair. Our install techs, Miguel and Drake were professional, friendly, and got the job the done. We are “cool” with Fusion Heat & Air :)”

“HVAC went out on Friday morning and Fusion was the only responsive company. But Sandra knocked it out of the park. Whatever is even better than proactive, that's the service I received from her. If your luck is like mine, do yourself a favor and use a company that will try to make it less crappy and will 100% do right by you!”

“As always, Fusion Heat and Air to the rescue. Maverick was the technician that was sent out to look at my unit. He was extremely polite and professional. Fixed the problem in no time at all, then made sure he checked everything a second time. He was extremely thorough. As always, Sandra was a pleasure to work with as well. Highly recommend this young man and of course, Fusion Heat and Air.”
