After discussing it with the tech Noah, he felt he knew exactly what it was under the house that was a problem, not the unit itself. Sure enough, he found an AC metal duct that fell apart and half of the output was blowing UNDER the house. Repaired that real quick, and all great again. He recommended a new fitting at some point later this year for a more permanent fix, and even drew a map for the area to keep in our file in case he was not the one assigned out.
