“I have used GCR more than once in the past & have experienced great service. Once again in need. Got a service call quickly. Technician Jude came out. He was very respectful, courteous, knowledgeable & thorough. He had a long day with my aged unit. He did all he could & now it's wait and see if unit will recover. Update two days later. Summer weather has really tested my units repair. It has recovered and is holding. I really appreciate their approach of fix first if possible and practical.
