Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric

Paschal Air, Plumbing & Electric works out of Fort Smith, TX with a strong focus on HVAC systems for homes across the area. They handle cooling and heating needs along with plumbing and electrical tasks that often come up at the same time. The crew responds to service calls for air conditioning breakdowns, furnace issues, and indoor air quality problems that hit houses in this part of the state. Local weather swings from hot summers to cold snaps mean systems run hard and need regular attention to keep homes comfortable. They take requests by phone and aim to reach jobs the same day when possible, covering both quick fixes and full equipment replacements for residential properties.

Fort Smith summers push air conditioners to their limits with high heat and humidity that can cause compressors to fail or coils to freeze up. Technicians here often deal with clogged drains from dust buildup, worn belts on older units, and thermostat problems that leave rooms uneven. In winter months the same teams switch to heating repairs like igniter replacements or duct sealing to stop heat loss through attics. Homeowners face sudden outages during peak seasons and look for crews that can diagnose the exact part without guessing. Paschal crews work on both central systems and smaller setups common in local neighborhoods, checking refrigerant levels, cleaning components, and testing airflow to restore function fast.

Customers keep coming back because the work holds up under real use and the pricing stays straightforward without surprise add-ons. Speed stands out when calls come in for no-cool emergencies, while quality shows in systems that run steady after the visit instead of needing repeat trips. Price feedback points to clear quotes that match the final bill, and communication keeps owners updated on what broke and how it got fixed. DIRT Score 4.74 from 1330 reviews on Finds.

“I have a water leak in my slab and Kyle Dozier and his partner, I can’t remember his name, did a leak detection for me. They were both helpful, kind,, and informative. I am set up with you for repairs Monday the 27th. They are wonderful guys and so helpful. I am sure the repair guys coming will be also. Thank you for being so prompt and thorough!”

“Our salesman Dillon made the process super simple and answered ever question we could think of. As well our technicians Yael and Bryson were awesome and professional, keeping us informed as the process continued. Everyone was understanding of our pets and worries of open doors during the instal and we had zero accidents! 5/5 would recommend to neighbors who aren't already apart of the Paschal family”

“Stetson was awesome! Very thorough and kind and was able to find the source of our musty smell. I was able to get service within two hours of my call. Will definitely use Paschall again.”

“We had three different teams from Pascal Heating, HVAC, and Electric come to our home yesterday. While every technician we interacted with was polite, respectful, and clearly skilled in their respective areas, we unfortunately cannot say that we are satisfied with how everything went overall. First, no one notified us that they would be arriving that morning. It’s not the end of the world, but it was definitely a surprise first thing in the day to find a crew at the door without any notice or time to prepare the space. The electricians did a great job and were efficient and professional. The team that installed our new hot water heater was also competent and worked quickly — however, they installed the unit on a platform so small that it now completely blocks access to our water main shu”

“Colton was super helpful and knowledgeable. I called yesterday evening and had my unit fixed first thing this morning. Happy about the whole experience”

“Colton is excellent at his job and very personable. His assistant Bryson will make a great technician as he grows. He highly respects Colton and his abilities and was very clear about that. The two of them made this an easy installation. Pascal is now my go to.”

“Joe came and tuned up our air conditioning system. He is very knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Enjoyed talking with him and hope to see him again.”

“Joe was very professional, quick, and thorough! He didn't mind giving me advice and checking to make sure our unit was running as good as it can. I will be calling again for any HVAC needs”

“Mr Crump did a great job taking care of me! I own a tiny home that has had a weird laundry list of problems. I am not from around here, didn’t know where to turn. He was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Part of my plumbing broke and he took great care of it all in the same day of me contacting the company!”
