“Premier Heating and Air did a great job replacing the failed compressor on my package unit. Kraig quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with a fair price for the repair. We also discussed my concerns regarding whether I should replace the compressor vs the entire package unit. He took tine to listen to my concerns and answer all of my questions. When my compressor arrived, I was promptly contacted and an appointment to install was made. I believe the young lady I spoke with on the phone is his wife. She was amazing too. Thank you getting my air back up and running before this heat wave hits! I'll be reaching out soon to set up a bi yearly service with your company.”
