On April 7, 2026, we scheduled an appointment and spoke with Melissa, the receptionist and appointment coordinator. She was incredibly sweet and polite, and set us up with a service window between 1 PM and 3 PM with their top technician, Nathan. Right on time, Nathan arrived at our home. He was friendly, professional, and had a warm, welcoming demeanor. He worked quickly yet thoroughly, answered all of our questions patiently, and carefully explained his findings after completing the inspection. He confirmed the A/C was working well but noted it had lost about a pound of R22 refrigerant, which has been discontinued. He explained that the unit would eventually need to be replaced and walked us through all of our options without any sales pressure. The inspection lasted about an hour and a half, and his attention to detail was impressive. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with replacing the unit. We coordinated with Michael and scheduled installation for Monday, April 13, 2026, at 9 AM. Today was installation day, and A/C Lady sent their elite installation team—Edgar, David, Daniel, and Juan. These four worked like a team twice their size. They were fast, efficient, organized, and operated like a well-oiled machine. Each person knew their role and executed it flawlessly. “March 2026: For those tired of AirCo this company is awesome. I had AirCo come out and swap out a transformer to get my heater running, but then came actual hot day, I tried the AC and saw the blinking red lights of doom. It’s Saturday and 95 degrees out, my AC wasn’t running. Called AC lady in the morning. Sam came out before 2pm, diagnosed the work following AirCo, and swapped the contact in the outside unit. AC works again and I understand why it didn’t work with actual proof. Thank you Sam and AC lady team I will recommend you to everyone! This is a small business that needs to be supported!”
