“Words alone can't express my gratitude to Perfect Temp Heating & Cooling! Memorial Day weekend I realized my AC was not working. Based on friend recommendations and all the positive reviews, I contacted them for an inspection and Dave was fantastic in getting Brandon (#2) out within a couple of hours. I'm so glad I contacted them because it was a much larger issue than I anticipated related to storm damage as my home was hit by a tornado about a month earlier. Brandon discovered that an electrical surge had likely made both my AC and furnace non-operational. I then met with Chris who advised me of my options and he was amazing working with my insurance claim adjuster to get an entirely new system covered! Within days of approval, Guillermo, Brandon (#1), and another gentleman whom I can't remeber his name (so sorry) we're out for the install. “I really don't think I can express how great this experience was. We originally needed our furnace to be fixed -- Braden and Jorge were great. So friendly and professional. They really tried everything to get this very, very old furnace to work. It was just going to cost us too much for such an old unit. We decided to get a new furnace instead. Chris was out here same night (even though it was late) to measure and get us fit for a new unit. And then was able to get it next day! In these very cold temperatures, that was so incredible. Guillermo, Brandon, and Jorge were there to install it same day Chris was able to get it. Again, they were all so friendly and made me feel comfortable with them working in my home. The install is beautiful -- so clean and Guillermo went above and beyond to make sure it was all patched up and ready for the weather. (I'm so glad you didn't have to crawl under the house, but he was ready, which I think is pretty crazy because oh man, that crawlspace is scary lol) I'm super grateful for the very fast and efficient delivery and install.
