“Pete came out and started the diagnostic process, while walking me through it. Explained things as he went. Ended up being the motor windings (1 of 2 sets of windings, similar to a condenser motor on an a/c). Cost out the door, parts an labor, would be around 4 bills; actually reasonable. However, my machine is around 6 or 7 years old, and the cost of a new machine is probably just a couple hundred dollars more, which I decided to do. The entire process was painless, and the service call was minimal. Great company, great service. Keeping them in my book!”
