“I had a great experience with Air Motions from start to finish, and I hope that continues for years to come. My 18-year-old 5-ton Trane system had reached the point where we knew it would need to be replaced soon. After coming across Air Motions on social media, I requested a quote. Steven Spires contacted me within an hour and scheduled an appointment at my home for the following day. I had already received a quote from another company and wanted to compare my options. Steven recommended a better system and, unlike the other company, pointed out that several components were still in good condition and did not need to be replaced. His quote came in significantly lower than the first company’s. I also obtained a third quote, which was even higher, making the decision easy. I moved forward with Air Motions and scheduled the installation. Saul and Jose did an outstanding job—they arrived on time, completed the installation as promised, and left everything clean. My new 5-ton Trane 17.1 SEER2 multi-stage system was installed professionally and efficiently. After the installation, I noticed a couple of minor needed adjustments. I contacted Steven, and he quickly arranged for technician Dylan Arnold to come out the next day. Dylan was professional, knowledgeable, and resolved everything promptly. “My air conditioner was plugged up and needed service bad because it was leaking in the floor which caused me to have to replace my entire kitchen floor. Unfortunately the way it was leaking it was leaking into the sub flooring it wasn’t leaking on the kitchen floor to where it could be seen and possibly prevent the floor from having to be replaced, ughhhh. Oh and to make it even more concerning is the fact that the entire unit was brand new and installed only 3 1/2 years old and this was the second company I had to call out due to issues. With this system. Ok now you know the back story, you can appreciate my frustration with the entire system. However for every closed door God opens a window we’re angels can come though. My Angels names are Tanner and Rob, they were so efficient, professional, reasonably priced and just down right kind. They work for Air Motions Heating & Air Conditioning and I am so thankful to have found them, I have had several service calls for air conditioning using other companies but I have deleted all of those contacts from my phone and now only have Tanner and Rob’s number in my phone. Unfortunately this website only allows for a five star rating but trust me when I say even a million stars would not begin to show how much I appreciate my two Angels. Needless to say I highly recommend this Company and the folks that I have had contact with, this was a truly awesome experience. Thank so much for your service.”

“Awesome people from Residential Manager ( Steve) to especially the two installers , Roman and Felix. They arrived shortly after 10 am, started unloading materials, started removing old unit, prepared everything for new installation, completed that in record time (4hrs) cleaned up very well. “I recently had both of my HVAC systems replaced by Air Motions. After taking 7 bids on the job I decided to go with Air Motions because of the no-nonsense approach that Steve took in pricing, and his expertise in recommending system sizing and features that would work best for my needs. They had me scheduled for an install within 2 business days of my approval to move forward with the work. On installation day a crew of 2 was sent to do the work. Brian, the lead on the crew was great! He went out of his was to ensure the pre-existing issues in old configuration were corrected while installing the new system. Both he and his assistant Rico worked diligently for 13+ hours (with no lunch break) to ensure the job was completed, and done right, by the end of the day. I was very happy with the entire experience from bid through job completion. I will be recommending Air Motions to my family and friends when they are considering system replacement. My only critique would be that the amount of work in replacing 2 entire residential HVAC systems is too much work for a two man crew. While the installation team stayed focused and very professional throughout the job I could tell they were getting a bit frustrated in the later hours of the night. Even though they worked through their lunch break they did not finish until after 10 pm. Perhaps an extra assistant for even a few hours may have allowed them to finish their day in a reasonable amount of time.”
