“Mark is the best! He came out for service in a very timely manner. He was so professional and friendly. I always get a little nervous when a technician comes into my house but Mark was super! He knew what the problem was right away because he is extremely knowledgeable. He showed honesty because he handled our maintenance issue on our older unit and didn't try to unnecessarily upsell us a new unit. He did a thorough look at all of our systems while he was at our house. I am so happy to have found a genuine, reliable and trustworthy individual. I will be using Mark at Air Remedy from now on.”
