From the very first phone call to the owner, Juan, to the Service Manager, Gary Beck who came out and inspected my home. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable and spent a lot of time walking me through my home and the process Airoot follows to guarantee all of my issues would be resolved. Incredible incredible knowledge! Then there is actual crew that comes out. Steven, Anthonio, Carolina, Jose and Yasmani were my team. IMPECCABLE is the only word to use.
