Ark Service Company
HVAC Contractor · Fort Worth, TX
About
Ark Service Company works out of Dallas, Texas on HVAC jobs for houses and commercial buildings. They handle air conditioning installs and repairs along with heating maintenance and duct work when needed. The company lists itself as family owned with licensed and insured technicians who cover both residential service calls and bigger commercial projects. Notes from their materials mention 24 hour emergency response and financing options for customers who qualify. Some of their activity in the area has come through city contracts that involve work near homes and shared utilities. Homeowners in neighborhoods like 75208 have seen crews on site for extended periods dealing with lines and equipment.
Ark crews have been called in for sewer main replacements along property lines as well as water line swaps that tie into city projects. Reviews describe cases where a main replacement left a neighbor with a sinking driveway and another with a broken sewer line in the front yard. Other jobs involved ongoing construction that blocked driveways with unattended gear for hours and crews starting heavy equipment moves at 5:15 in the morning outside bedrooms. Customers also reported clogged sinks after water lines were replaced without proper flushing and a busted line outside that created a large geyser with no way to reach anyone at the company for fixes.
Customers have pointed to repeated shortfalls in quality when lines and mains were left in poor condition after the work. Communication stands out as weak since multiple phone numbers route straight to voicemail and crews show little response to direct questions on site. Speed and reliability come up often in complaints about projects that drag on for months without resolution or that begin outside legal hours. Price and overall execution leave many feeling the results do not match what was expected from the contract. DIRT Score 2.2 from 15 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“City of Watauga contracted them to replace the sewer main running down the side of my house. Since then, both my neighbor and I are having issues. His driveway is sinking and my sewer main is now broke in my front yard. Reading the reviews, this doesn’t surprise me. **Update** lady from ARK called me the same day review was posted saying she would help me out and at minimum get me with the correct people to discuss my issue. 2 months later I’ve yet to hear a word from her. Left a message with her weeks ago and nothing. Still a horrible company.”
“City of Dallas contracted with Ark to perform service in a poor residential neighborhood. (75208). Construction has been ongoing for six months with no end in sight. Workers are hostile and leave unattended equipment partially blocking driveways for hours. Their efforts have inadvertently shutoff water and gas for hours without notice. Collectively, the neighbors and I emailed the city superintendent and initially there was some improvement with communication regarding access to water. However, today they blocked access out of the street after we parked at home. I asked if they would move the barrier and the worker dismissed me and pointed to his supervisor - Mario. Mario waved me off and yelled at me after I asked them to move the barrier and he told me to contact another supervisor and walked away. Overall, Ark is unprofessional, incompetent and rude to residents. I would give a negative rating if that was an option. City of Dallas - please do better.”
“They decided to show up and start hauling away heavy equipment right outside our bedroom window at 5:15am. Construction work cannot legally begin until 7am. When confronted about the noise violation, the employee made it clear that it wasn't his problem. Every phone number for ARK goes straight to a full voicemail. They apparently don't care about the communities they service. Update: 11 months later, our road is still under construction because Ark was so inept, they buried the new pipes too shallow. So the company that came to properly repave our street crushed all the plumbing that Ark wasted taxpayer money laying. 0/10 would not recommend; look forward to paying more taxes as the municipal government tries to reclaim the money that this “construction company” defrauded them out of.”
“Been out at our place a couple months now, sinks have been clogged due to the water lines theyre replacing outside not being shut off and flushed properly and right now even a line is busted outside with a huge geiser and now way to contact them but other than the water everywhere its not my problem its theirs, the way they occupy our residential street has been asinine emergency vehicles would have had a hell of a time accessing our homes, they need to wrap this out and move along and leave the city work to the city.”
“Ark worked on the shoreline behind my house. Great crew, respectful and courteous.”
