We needed to wait for the system to thaw, so they were back the next evening. Fully explained everything, spoke with me about options. Answered all of my questions! “I have had experience with other HVAC that weren't very good so I was pleasantly surprised with Brian. I am on oxygen at night and I thought my whole house humidifier was working but I was feeling uncomfortable and my humidity level was only 19 which isn't good for someone with breathing issues. I checked and didn't see water going through the tube to humidifier so I contacted Brian and as busy as he is he came out the same night. He found the problem immediately and was able to replace the part. I was so relieved! It was nice working with someone who cared.
