“Bryan Service Champions was very professional and courteous during my service with them. I hired them to replace my current thermostat with a smart thermostat. The technician (Bryan) was soooooo humble and professional and overall a great guy. He wasn’t trying to price gouge me and I could truly tell that he is very passionate about his business and he loves what he does. There is a saying, “if you find something that you’re passionate about and you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life” - I got this feeling from the technician. He shared a lot of information with me about my system and gave me some tips on maintaining my system to preserve its longevity. Most companies would not even do that, they would simply do what you paid them to do and leave. Bryan Service Champions focuses on building long term relationships with their clientele. This is very apparent in the way the tech was speaking with me about the packages they offer for warranties. I did give him a recommendation that when booking client be sure to disclose pricing including service fee ($49) upfront. He was very nice to waive that fee and I met him half way and paid his standard fee because the price I was quoted was for his members. He instantly took accountability and provided a satisfactory resolution. Mistakes and misquotes happen and as customers we shouldn’t take advantage either. I definitely highly recommend Bryan Service Champion and I will be using them in the future for my A/C / Heating services.
