“Took my vehicle up here 9 months ago. I started a new job out of town and was only able to come home 1 week a month so I took it up there to have them change the coil packs, and fix passenger windows. Paid what was owed. A month goes by and I'm told it needs a new battery it won't start or turn at all. Go buy a battery take it to them replaced it there myself. The next day went to pick it up as I was told it was ready. It was POURING rain. Driver window down (because they broke it & never told me) keys in ignition and turned to on. New battery completely dead and car flooded from the rain. Left it there. Said they would fix it themselves with no charge. That was 2 months ago. I've called and called and kept getting stories as to why it wasn't ready. Told me they would also make sure the ac works properly. Nothing. I drive by there DAILY I never spotted my vehicle there. I popped by today for a surprise visit. It was in the SAME CONDITION as it was when I left it in September after being there 7 months prior. Told me they would have it ready by 3. Go pick it up. Get out of their driveway, my driver window trim flies off. Ac doesn't work and the motor died on me 4 different times before I got home. I live less than 2 miles from there. I always support local small businesses and after this I wouldn't let them air up my bike tires.”

“Took my 2011 Dodge P/U for number 5 miss fire was told it just needed a tune up. Got a phone call and was also told I needed fuel pump. I don't believe they did that either. I trusted them cause my daughter delt with them for a vehicle she had used them for she got lucky. I didn't get so lucky, took it back and was told drive it hard and for about 50 or 60 miles and it will be fine. Nope I didn't so lucky took it and got diagnostic test again and same problem. Wound up being internal. Will never go back or recommend this shop. I wouldn't let them put air in my tires. I don't know how they have 4.7 star rating either.”
