“[Update! We hired another AC company and they fixed our issue! It was a faulty thermostat. I'm not sure how this simple fix was missed by Cole Air. Hiring them was an expensive mistake!] Hired them to address poor airflow issues. They identified our ductwork as the issue. We paid them to rehang the ductwork and upon completion they informed us that the ductwork is deteriorating and needs replacing. This information would have been helpful prior to rehanging the ducts. We would have replaced them had we known. Now we have to hire someone else to replace the ducts. This also didn’t fix or even improve our airflow issues. Additionally they used a sealant when they reattached the ducts that is now trapping moisture in our system which is causing damage to our ceilings. We contacted them about this issue and they chose not to return my call. Do not hire!”
