From our first chat with Val to C, our professional who came to our home and handled the services, everything was top-notch. Val was a pleasure to talk to and made sure we were cared for! Our professional showed genuine empathy, was nonjudgmental, incredibly knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. He could have easily delegated the work, but he knew we were comfortable with him, so he personally completed it. He provided all the information we needed and gave us the freedom to make our own decisions. C didn’t have that “car salesman” attitude; you could really tell he genuinely cared about us and had passion for the work. It was Texas heat and C made sure he provided a cooling system, while we wait for the replacement items-this helped us so much to actually sleep and survive this heat.
