“Cooks has been very good to my family. My daughter had emergency surgery for a appendicitis three years ago and last September my son was hospitalized and diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Both times we had such amazing nurses and staff. We were there long enough to get to know some of the staff and they become family. Their kindness and love for their jobs is amazing.”

“Accompanied my daughter's son, my grandson to this ER today. He was having trouble breathing. We arrived at 9:30 a.m. they shuffled us to a room. Took vitals and did not return for over 35 mins to follow up. It was not busy at this time. They then came in moving us to a open room with several divider screens. Leaving you there for an hour before anyone even acknowledge that your still not feeling well. Registration of course comes. Then someone for chest x-rays. Back being shuffled to divider room. You see several employees walking in and out chatting. Yet, until you ask someone can we get an update on whose seeing for his care. They do nothing 🤔. A nurse comes to swab throat & nose. Another hour wait just to have a clinician come tell you take some honey & ibuprofen. 4 hours just to tell us that🫢.What in God's green earth kind of concentration camp environment are you running in this establishment. Never again will he nor any of my other 6 grandkids return for their lazy care that was giving to us. Neglectful behavior.”

“My great grand daughter was admitted. My first visit. This place is beautiful. Riding the elevator I noticed it’s a castle. Service was great. Staff were attentive to family needs and kids . This place is so beautiful to bad it’s for sick kiddos. Lots of outside sitting area . Family Friendly menu . So many options to help the kids fill comfortable and not make them feel awkward and anxious. Bravo To Staff . Thank You For Your Service and Hospitality. Glad She Was Discharged Today.”

“We came down from OKC cause we were told this hospital could help with my son's constant seizures. The nurses were nice but Dr. Tranh said my son wasn't a surgical candidate. I already researched and found kids that were surgical candidates for less. She seemed pretty careless. Her solution for things was to simply keep increasing my son's meds. That just kept us in a hamster wheel with no solution. My son is an active teen and she wanted him to basically do nothing. No activity in gym class or anything. My son can have a seizure playing and he can have a seizure simply laying in the bed. I've been dealing with this for years now. Once he had a seizure at school, she basically chose to kick us out. She sent a letter stating why she chose to terminate us. The letter was a bunch of word salad that didn't address anything. Basically I don't think Dr. Tranh had a clue what to do for my son. We moved on to a different hospital and now he's a surgical candidate. Thanks Dr. Tranh for wasting our time”

“My son spent 21 days here in June-July of 2025, he was barely 2 months old when transported here. The nurses, doctors and therapists were the absolute best to my son, my husband and myself. I know I’m a little late on a review but I am forever grateful for the care they provided all of us. My son is now 13 months old and flourishing thanks to them. I can’t say thank you enough!”
