“Chris and his team are amazing. Chris was upfront with his pricing and unlike many places he puts in the extra effort to build a custom solution. He never once ignored a question and made sure I understood the pro's and con's to the options he gave me. His install team was top notch, customer service oriented, and you could tell they cared about doing the job right. They asked questions about where we wanted two new air intakes installed and gave advice not only on where they thought they would look the best, but asked us if we would be able to get the filters changed in the new locations. They did a full install of a condenser, air handler, and moved our drain line to a new location in addition to adding the new intakes. They showed up 15 minutes early and finished the job in about 5 hrs. I highly recommend using Chris and his team at Cool Aid if you want to deal with trustworthy people that are customer centric.
