“Dr. Blankenship is excellent as all his employees. If I was suggesting a change it would be to notify a patient if you have a cancellation so they could get in early than two or three months. Calling you every hour of the day to see if anyone has cancelled is not reasonable. You should change that policy. Thank you for your consideration.”
