About
Elp Mechanical Service Pros Inc. works from Dallas in Texas on HVAC jobs for homeowners. They focus on fixing and maintaining heating and cooling units like heat pumps and air conditioners that face heavy use in the local climate. The team responds to calls about systems that stop working properly and aims to get them back in order quickly. They cover both older units that are decades old and newer ones that might have issues with wiring or refrigerant levels. Homeowners in the area rely on them for straightforward repairs rather than full replacements when the equipment can still perform after some attention. Service calls come in for units blowing warm air or shutting off unexpectedly and the crew gets out to diagnose the problem on the spot.
When an HVAC system goes down they send someone out fast like the tech named Dillon who found faulty equipment with burned wires that risked a fire and fixed it all in less than an hour. For a twenty year old heat pump that barely cooled the crew added refrigerant that the homeowner already had on hand instead of pushing for a new unit. Late Friday calls about an AC blowing warm air get handled the next Saturday morning with the problem solved inside sixty minutes. They reach homes within thirty minutes of the call and stay respectful by covering their shoes before entering. The owner has been seen training a new tech during these repairs to keep standards high across the board and avoid repeat visits.
Customers keep mentioning how quick the response times are with same day or next day arrivals and how the fixes hold up without extra costs. They note the careful approach that prevents bigger issues like potential fires from bad wiring. The price comes in reasonable for the work done and communication stays clear from the first call. This steady performance across jobs adds up to their overall rating. DIRT Score 3.82 from 18 reviews on Finds.

What Customers Say
“I have two heat pumps at my home one is five years old and one is twenty years old. The twenty year-old unit was barely cooling so I called Allpro Mechanical. I fully expected the technician to tell me I needed to replace the unit; but, to my surprise, the tech charged it up with some freon I had saved from years ago and it's running fine. And, they only charged me for a service call!”
“Our hvac system was out of order so we called these guys. Dillon came out the same day we called and did an excellent job. He found faulty equipment that had burned through wires that could have caused a fire. He repaired it properly and fast. It took him less than an hour, and now we have access again!! Yay!!!”
“I called All Pro late one Friday evening because my AC was blowing warm. They came out the next morning (on a Saturday) and fixed it within an hour. I am so so grateful, THANK YOU!!”
“I called because our ac wasn’t getting cold and kept shutting off. The operator got in touch with a tech in the area and they were here within 30 minutes. They were respectful and friendly. They wore covers over their shoes before coming inside the house. The owner was training a tech while here and explained everything they did and why. They gave advice and took care of my ac needs. They are very affordable and guarantee their work. It has been a few weeks and air conditioner is working great!”
“In Dec all pro came to check on my heater it was making a loud noise .They charge me $600. To change the fan the mechanic did a lously job he did not clean the covering that hold the fan and he had to get another fan it was not the correct size I had a feeling he retuned the same old fan he left with..he gave no warranty and said the unit is old and should we we call back let them know to replace the unit .well if he knew the unit needed replacing why try to hustle $660 to replace the fan that is of no use. Since he came out the heater has not been working properly as a matter of fact the problem was not the fan it was the motor .well here comes the cold spell and we were without heat today is 17th on the 16 one of their workers came to look at the unit and said we need a new unit..nothing was mentioned about the replaced fan for which I am still paying and to replace it will cost $ 3262.00 what a big scam and rip off.i am seeking help from another source .”
