Abdule checked the system and determined I had a leak in the line at the coil. Abdule was very thorough in checking the system while explaining what and why he was doing what he was doing. Abdule explained my options with approximate cost options and said he’d be in contact with Chase to get back with me on our options. Chase came out, and thoroughly explained our options and the cost of those without trying pressure us into any one choice.
